PRO

Custom domains are available on Pro, Plus, Premium, and Lifetime plans. Free users will see an upgrade prompt when navigating to the domains page. Once upgraded, you can add multiple custom domains and use them across all your short links.

Setting Up a Custom Domain

1

Navigate to Domains

Go to Dashboard → Link Shortener → Domains, or click the globe icon in the shortener header.

2

Add your domain

Click "Add Domain" and enter your domain (e.g. go.yourbrand.com). A subdomain is recommended.

3

Configure DNS records

Add the TXT record (for verification) and CNAME record (for routing) in your DNS provider.

4

Verify domain

Click "Verify" next to your domain. Lnkk.it checks the DNS records and confirms ownership.

5

Wait for SSL

An SSL certificate is automatically provisioned. This usually takes a few minutes.

6

Start using it

Your domain shows as "Active". When creating or editing links, select your custom domain from the dropdown.

Tips

Use a subdomain like go.yourbrand.com or link.yourbrand.com — this avoids conflicts with your main site

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, but usually work within minutes

Click "Verify" again if the first check fails — your DNS may not have propagated yet

Only verified/active domains appear in the domain dropdown when creating links

You can add multiple custom domains and use different ones for different campaigns

Custom domain links get the same QR codes and analytics as regular lnkk.it links
