Creator Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Role

Lnkk.it operates as a technology platform and marketplace that enables creators to sell digital products, services, and experiences through customizable link-in-bio storefronts.

Lnkk.it does not create, own, deliver, or control the products or services offered by creators.

Creators are solely responsible for:

• The products or services they offer
• The accuracy of their listings
• Delivering purchased products in a timely manner
• Providing booked services as described
• Customer communication and support
• Compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws

Lnkk.it acts solely as a facilitating platform and technology provider.

2. Creator Account Eligibility

To become a creator on Lnkk.it, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and payment details
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Accept and adhere to all platform policies, including these Terms

Lnkk.it reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or provide false information.

3. Product & Service Listings

Creators may list digital products or services including but not limited to:

• Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, presets, software, music, art, fonts)
• Online coaching and consulting sessions
• 1:1 or group consultation calls
• Educational content and courses
• Subscription-based memberships
• Bookings and appointments
• Courses, training programs, and workshops
• Professional services (design, writing, marketing, etc.)

Creators must ensure that:

• All listings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Customers clearly understand what they are purchasing before completing payment
• All services described are actually deliverable within the stated timeframe
• Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees or charges
• Product descriptions match the actual delivered product or service

4. Product Approval & Review

Lnkk.it reserves the right to review all creator products or services before they are made available for purchase on the platform.

The platform may, at its sole discretion:

• Approve or reject product listings
• Request modifications to listings before approval
• Remove listings without prior notice if they violate platform policies
• Suspend creator accounts pending investigation
• Permanently ban creators who repeatedly violate policies

This review process exists to ensure compliance with payment gateway regulations, platform safety standards, applicable laws, and the overall quality of the marketplace.

5. Prohibited Products & Services

Creators are strictly prohibited from selling or promoting the following on Lnkk.it. Violation may result in immediate account termination, payment holds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Payments

Payments for creator products may be processed through third-party payment providers including:

• Razorpay — for Indian payment methods (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking)
• PayPal — for international payments
• Other supported payment gateways as added by the platform

Payments may be collected by Lnkk.it on behalf of creators. The platform may deduct:

• Platform commission (as disclosed during onboarding)
• Payment gateway processing fees
• Applicable taxes and statutory deductions

Creators acknowledge and agree to these deductions before receiving payouts. The current fee structure is disclosed during the Creator Store setup process and may be updated with prior notice.

7. Creator Payouts

Creator payouts will be processed after deducting:

• Platform commission
• Payment processing fees
• Any applicable refunds or chargebacks
• Statutory taxes or withholdings required by law

Lnkk.it reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected or under investigation
• Payment disputes or chargebacks are pending resolution
• Policy violations are detected or under review
• The creator's identity or banking information cannot be verified
• Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

8. Refunds & Service Delivery

Creators are solely responsible for fulfilling purchased services and delivering promised products within the stated timeframe.

If a creator fails to provide the purchased service or product:

• The creator bears full responsibility for non-delivery
• Lnkk.it shall not be liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or poor service quality by creators
• Customers may file complaints which will be investigated by the platform
• Repeated non-delivery may result in account suspension or termination

Creators may set their own refund policies but must clearly disclose them on their product listings. In the absence of a stated refund policy, the platform's default refund policy shall apply.

9. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback through their bank or payment provider:

• The payment gateway may automatically reverse the transaction
• Associated chargeback fees may be deducted from creator payouts
• Creators may be held responsible for all chargeback-related losses and fees
• Excessive chargebacks may result in account review, suspension, or termination
• Creators are encouraged to maintain proper delivery records and communication logs

10. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Reporting all income earned through the platform to relevant tax authorities
• Paying all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, GST, VAT, or other taxes
• Complying with local, national, and international tax laws
• Maintaining accurate financial records of all transactions

Lnkk.it does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Creators are encouraged to consult qualified professionals regarding their tax obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their original content, products, and intellectual property.

By using Lnkk.it, creators grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display creator listings on the platform
• Promote creator products in platform marketing materials
• Market creator storefronts and featured products
• Cache and deliver digital content to authorized purchasers

This license terminates when the creator removes their content or closes their account. Creators warrant that they have all necessary rights to sell and distribute their listed products.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Lnkk.it reserves the right to, without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate creator accounts
• Remove products or services from the marketplace
• Hold or freeze pending payouts
• Permanently revoke platform access

if a creator is found to violate:

• These Terms and Conditions
• The Acceptable Use Policy (below)
• Payment gateway terms of service
• Applicable local, national, or international laws

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lnkk.it is not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or legality of creator products or services
• Customer satisfaction with purchased products or services
• Disputes between creators and their customers
• Financial losses, lost profits, or consequential damages incurred by creators
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
• Third-party payment gateway failures or errors

Creators use the platform entirely at their own risk. Lnkk.it's total liability shall not exceed the amount of platform fees paid by the creator in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Lnkk.it, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Creator products or services
• Creator conduct on or off the platform
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights
• Customer complaints arising from creator actions or inactions

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Lnkk.it reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Creators will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
