You can cancel your Lnkk.it subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

• How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from your dashboard under "Settings" > "Billing" or by contacting our support team.
• Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
• Data Retention: We will keep your data safe even after you cancel, so you can easily resubscribe later if you choose to.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with Lnkk.it Pro within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we will refund your full payment.

To request a refund:

• Email us at support@lnkk.it within 7 days of your purchase.
• Include your username and the email address associated with your account.
• Tell us briefly why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve!).

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

3. Exceptions

Please note the following regarding refunds:

• Refunds are only available for the initial subscription payment, not for subsequent renewals (unless requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge).
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
