1. Welcome to Lnkk.it!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lnkk.it, our mobile apps, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Lnkk.it").

When we use terms like "we," "our," or "us," we're referring to Lnkk.it and its operators. By using Lnkk.it, you're agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our Platform.

2. Your Account

To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use your account only for lawful purposes

3. Your Username

Your username (e.g., lnkk.it/yourname) must:

• Not infringe on trademarks or copyrights

• Not be used for domain squatting purposes

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these terms or have been inactive for 6+ months.

4. Plans & Billing

Lnkk.it offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds: Available within 72 hours of initial purchase at our discretion
• Plan Changes: We may modify plans with reasonable notice

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Lnkk.it. By using our Platform, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

You're responsible for ensuring your content:

• Doesn't violate laws or regulations
• Doesn't infringe on others' intellectual property
• Doesn't contain malicious code or viruses
• Follows our Community Standards

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to breach our security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy our Platform
• Resell or redistribute our services
• Harass or harm other users

7. Booking Services

Lnkk.it provides a booking platform that enables creators to offer and manage sessions, consultations, and appointments with their customers. By using the booking features, you agree to the following terms:

7.1 Data Sharing with Creators

When you book a session with a creator through Lnkk.it:

• Your Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and any custom field data you provide will be shared directly with the creator you are booking with
• Purpose: This information is shared solely for the purpose of facilitating the booked session, including scheduling, communication, and service delivery
• Creator's Responsibility: Once your data is shared with the creator, the creator becomes responsible for handling your information in accordance with their own privacy practices and applicable laws
• Third-Party Sharing: Lnkk.it does not control how creators use or protect your information after it is shared with them

7.2 Creator Responsibilities

Creators who use Lnkk.it's booking services agree that:

• Service Delivery: Creators are solely responsible for delivering the services they offer and fulfilling any commitments made to customers
• Dispute Resolution: Creators are solely responsible for resolving any disputes, complaints, or issues that arise with customers regarding booked sessions
• Data Protection: Creators must handle customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations
• Accurate Descriptions: Creators must provide accurate descriptions of their services, pricing, and availability
• Communication: Creators must maintain appropriate communication with customers regarding their bookings

7.3 Payment Processing

For paid bookings:

• Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service
• Platform Fee: Lnkk.it may charge a platform fee on transactions as disclosed at the time of booking
• Refunds: Refund policies are determined by individual creators. Lnkk.it is not responsible for issuing refunds for services rendered or not rendered by creators
• Payment Disputes: Disputes regarding payments for specific services should be directed to the creator first. Lnkk.it may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve payment disputes

7.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by individual creators
• Customers must contact the creator directly for cancellation or rescheduling requests
• Lnkk.it is not responsible for enforcing cancellation policies or processing related refunds

7.5 Platform as Intermediary

Lnkk.it acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections between creators and customers. We do not:

• Endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any services offered by creators
• Guarantee that creators will fulfill their obligations or that sessions will meet your expectations
• Assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any creator or customer
• Mediate or resolve disputes between creators and customers except at our sole discretion

8. Intellectual Property

Lnkk.it and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lnkk.it and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm Lnkk.it or other users
• Fail to pay for services

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lnkk.it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. For booking services specifically:

• We make no representations about the quality, reliability, or suitability of any creator's services
• We do not verify or endorse the qualifications, credentials, or expertise of creators
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by creators or customers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lnkk.it shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Platform
• Any issues, disputes, or damages arising from booking transactions between creators and customers
• Services not delivered, poorly delivered, or cancelled by creators
• Any losses resulting from reliance on information provided by creators
• Technical failures that may affect booking schedules or payments

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the booking services shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lnkk.it, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or booking services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any disputes between you and other users (including creators or customers)

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
