Managing Your
Events
Filter by upcoming or completed, group events by category, duplicate, toggle visibility, edit, and delete events.
Dashboard Overview
The Events dashboard at Dashboard → Events shows all your events organized into sections. Events are automatically sorted by date — upcoming events appear first (oldest date first) while completed events are sorted newest first. Each event card shows the title, date, location, type badge, description, price, and action buttons.
Filter Tabs
Three filter tabs appear above your events list when you have at least one event:
Shows all events regardless of date — both upcoming and completed
Events with dates in the future that haven't happened yet
Events whose date has passed — automatically categorized
Automatic Section Grouping
Events are displayed in two main sections:
Upcoming Events
Events with future dates. Sorted oldest date first so the next event appears at the top.
Completed Events
Events whose date has passed. Sorted newest first so your most recent event is at the top.
Within each section, events are further grouped by their Category (section heading). Categories with names sort alphabetically, while "Uncategorized" events appear last.

Event Actions
4 actions available on each event card
Show / Hide
Toggle event visibility on your profile. Hidden events show a "Draft" badge and reduced opacity in the dashboard.
Duplicate
Create a copy of an event as a draft. The duplicate gets "(Copy)" appended to the title and is set to inactive.
Edit
Open the edit modal to update any field — title, date, location, pricing, image, layout, or category.
Delete
Permanently remove the event after a confirmation prompt. This cannot be undone.
Draft vs Published
Draft (Hidden)
DraftEvent is saved but not visible on your profile. Shows at 50% opacity in the dashboard. The "Show on profile" checkbox is unchecked.
Published (Visible)
Event is live and visible on your bio page. Full opacity in the dashboard. Toggle visibility anytime with the Show/Hide button.
Tips
Use "Duplicate" to quickly create similar events — it copies all details as a draft
Group related events under the same category for a clean, organized profile
Hide completed events you don't want visitors to see anymore
Events automatically move to "Completed" — no manual action needed
The delete action is permanent and requires confirmation to prevent accidents
