Event Dates,
Pricing & Media
Set date ranges, multiple time slots, pricing with currencies, ticket links, event images, and location types.
Event Dates
Dates are optional — you can create events without any date (useful for "TBA" events). When you do set a date, you have two options:
Single Day
Click one date in the calendar picker. The event shows as a single-date event (e.g. "Mar 25, 2025 07:00 PM").
Date Range (Multi-Day)
Click a start date then an end date. Shows as a range (e.g. "Tue 25 Mar 2025 - Fri 28 Mar 2025"). Great for festivals, conferences, or multi-day workshops.
Time & Additional Time Slots
Set a primary start time using the time picker. For events with multiple showtimes on the same day (e.g. a 4 PM and 6 PM show), add Additional Time Slots:
Set the primary time in the "Select Time" field (default: 7:00 PM)
Under "Additional Time Slots", enter a time and click "+ Add Time"
Added times appear as purple chips. Click "Remove" to delete one.
All times display on the event card (e.g. "Mar 25, 2025 7:00 PM and 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM")
Hide Date/Time: Toggle the "Visible / Hidden" button next to the date label to hide the date and time from your profile while still using it for sorting purposes.
Location & Event Type
Enter a physical address or "Online" in the location field. Then select the event type:
Virtual — Zoom, YouTube Live, etc.
In-person at a physical venue
Both in-person and online options
Event Image
Upload a cover image for your event. The image appears on the event card in both your dashboard and your bio page.
Pricing
Add optional pricing information to your event. Three fields work together:
Price
Numeric value. Enter 0 or leave empty for free events. Displayed as "USD 25" format.
Currency
Choose from USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), or INR (₹). Shown before the price.
Price Label
Optional text after the price, e.g. "onwards", "starting from", "per person". Example: "USD 25 onwards".
Ticket / Registration Link
Add an external URL where visitors can purchase tickets or register for the event. This can be any link — Eventbrite, Luma, Google Forms, your own website, etc. The link appears as a clickable button on your event card on your bio page.
Tips
Use date ranges for multi-day festivals, conferences, or retreats
Add multiple time slots for shows with matinee and evening performances
Hide the date/time if you want to show "TBA" or "Coming Soon" events
Use the price label field creatively — "per couple", "early bird", "VIP from"
Always add a ticket link so visitors can take action immediately
Upload landscape-oriented images (wider than tall) for the best display on event cards
Events without dates still appear in your list but aren't auto-sorted by date
