Orders Dashboard Overview

Every time someone purchases a product from your store, an order is created. The Orders page shows all transactions with real-time stats, detailed breakdowns, and powerful search and filtering capabilities.

Order Statuses

Every order has one of four statuses

✅Paid

Payment received — product delivered to buyer

Payment initiated but not yet confirmed

❌Failed

Payment failed or was declined

Payment was returned to the buyer

Understanding the Fee Breakdown

When you expand an order, you'll see a detailed breakdown of all amounts:

Subtotal

Original product price before any discounts

Discount

Amount saved from coupon codes (if any)

Tax

GST, VAT, or sales tax as configured in settings

Total Charged

Final amount the buyer paid

Platform Fee

5% Lnkk.it commission on the sale

Gateway Fee

Payment processor fee (Stripe/Razorpay)

Your Earnings

Net amount you receive after all fees
