Creating Your
Custom Form
Build a custom contact form for your bio page — set the title, description, button text, category, and go live in minutes.
What is the Custom Form?
The Custom Form builder lets you create a contact form that appears directly on your bio page. Visitors can fill it out to send you messages, collaboration inquiries, feedback, or any information you want to collect. Each account gets one form — you can update it anytime. The form is available for Creator and Influencer account types.
