Managing Your
Subscription

View your current plan, days remaining, grace period, renewal warnings, and subscription policy.

Where to Find Your Subscription

Go to Dashboard → Subscription to view and manage your plan. This page shows your current plan, billing details, days remaining, and upgrade options.

Current Plan Card

What you see on the subscription page

Plan BadgeShows "Free", "✨ Pro", or "👑 Plus" with a colored gradient badge
Billing Cycle"Monthly" (blue badge) or "Yearly" (green badge) — shown next to the plan
Plan NameFull plan name: "Lnkk.it Creator Pro" or "Lnkk.it Creator Plus"
Email Limit1,000/month for Pro or 10,000/month for Plus
Started DateWhen your current subscription period began
Next Renewal / ExpiresWhen your plan renews (if auto-renew) or expires
Auto-Renew StatusShows a "🔄 Auto-renews" indicator if enabled
Days RemainingCountdown showing how many days are left on your current plan

Status Indicators

The "Days Remaining" card changes color based on urgency

16+ days

Healthy — plenty of time left

1–15 days

Warning — renewal reminder shown at 15 and 7 days

0 days (grace)

Expired — 7-day grace period active

Renewal Warnings

When your subscription has 15 or fewer days remaining, a warning banner appears with:

A countdown showing exactly how many days remain

Information about the 7-day grace period after expiry

A "Renew Now" button linking to the pricing page

Email reminders sent at 15 days and 7 days before expiry

7-Day Grace Period

After your subscription expires, you get a 7-day grace period:

All your Pro/Plus features remain active during the grace period

A red banner appears at the top showing how many grace days remain

You can renew at any point during grace to continue without interruption

If not renewed within 7 days, your account downgrades to Free

On downgrade, Pro/Plus features are removed (custom themes, branding removal, etc.)

You can re-subscribe anytime to restore your features

Subscription Policy

Email reminders sent at 15 days and 7 days before expiry

After expiry, 7-day grace period to renew without losing features

If not renewed within grace period, account downgrades to Free

All Pro/Plus features (custom themes, branding removal, etc.) removed on downgrade

You can re-subscribe anytime to restore your features

Tips

Check your subscription page periodically to know when renewal is coming

Enable auto-renew if available to avoid any interruption in service

Take advantage of the 7-day grace period if you need a few extra days

Switch to yearly billing before your monthly plan expires to save money

Your data and content are preserved even after downgrade — only Pro features are removed
