Form Submissions
Inbox

View, filter, and manage form submissions. Mark as read, archive, export to CSV, and view full submission details.

Accessing Form Submissions

Go to Dashboard → Audience and click the "Form Submissions" tab (the default view). This shows all submissions from your custom contact form. If you haven't created a form yet, you'll see a prompt to create one with a link to the Form Builder.

All submissions ever received

New

Unread submissions waiting

Read

Submissions you've viewed

Archived

Submissions in archive

Submission Statuses

3 statuses to organize your inbox

New

Unread submissions — highlighted with a blue left border for visibility

Read

Submissions you've opened and viewed — automatically marked when you click

Archived

Submissions you've archived — kept for records but out of your main view

Use the status filter buttons (All, New, Read, Archived) to filter your inbox view. Each button shows a count.

Viewing Submission Details

Click on any submission card to open the detail slide-over panel on the right side. It shows:

All form field responses with their labels and values

Field-type icons for visual context (email, phone, URL, message, text)

Submission metadata: IP address and current status

Date and time of submission (full format)

Archive and Delete action buttons at the bottom

Auto-mark as read: Opening a "new" submission automatically changes its status to "read".

Available Actions

What you can do with each submission

View Details

Click the submission card to open the full detail panel

Archive

Move to archive — hover to reveal, or use the detail panel button

Delete

Permanently remove — hover to reveal, or use the detail panel button

Export CSV

Export all submissions to a CSV file with all field data

Exporting Submissions

Click "Export CSV" in the page header. The export includes:

Date — submission timestamp

Status — new, read, or archived

All form field values — one column per field label

IP Address — submitter's IP

File is named form-submissions-YYYY-MM-DD.csv
